On a chipboard tag, adhere strips of paper into a herringbone pattern using the Herringbone Paper Piecing Technique. Stamp the word (River City Rubber Works. and flowers (Hero Arts) on a piece of decorative paper with Archival Ink Jet Black. Cut out with decorative scissors. Adhere to the tag.
