On a watercolor paper tag, stamp the image (Viva Las Vegas Stamps) with Archival Ink Jet Black. Around the image create a background with the watercolor smooshing technique using watercolor crayons. Let dry. Stamp phrase with letter stamps (Recollections) and Archival Ink Jet Black.
