Cover a chipboard tag with decorative knot paper and let dry. Accordion fold plaid paper and create a kilt. With a stripe of paper and metal embellishment create a belt. Stamp the sentiment out on text weight paper with Archival Ink Jet Black and tear out. Adhere to the tag.
