Stamp image several times on a manila tag with Archival Ink Jet Black. Using watercolor crayons create the background on the tag and on a spare piece of watercolor paper with the watercolor smooshing technique. Let dry. On the watercolor piece, stamp the quote and tear up. Adhere to the tag.
