On a watercolor tag, create a background using Ken Oliver Color Bursts with the watercolor smooshing technique. Let dry. Stamp Marilyn image (Deep Red Rubber) and the zigzag stamp (Lawn Fawn) with Archival Ink Jet Black. Outline Marilyn with a water soluble charcoal to emphasis the image. Adhere stickers.
