On a water color tag, spray two colors of Dylusions strays and then with a stencil (Dylusions Aarows) and a baby wipe create a ghost image. Let dry. Stamp flower images (Dylusions Stamps) in Archival Ink Jet Black. Color with images with a white Inktense Pencils and blend with a water brush. Let dry. Adhere stickers and sequins.
