On a bristol tag, spread several colors of dyluisions paint using a gift card. Let dry. Stamp the bird images (Dina Wakley) with Archival Ink Jet Black. Paint the birds white with acrylic paint and let it dry. Repeat. Restamp the birds with Archival Ink Jet Black. Adhere the Tim Holtz sticker on the tag.
