Blend teal liquid watercolor on an index card and let dry.  Stamp the images and the sentiment (All of the stamps are Lawn Fawn) on the card with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Mask as necessary.

Cut out the image from tissue paper pages using the Color Tissue Collage Technique.  Adhere to black cardstock and let dry.  Adhere the black cardstock to an index card.

On a mixed media paper tag, color 5 colors of watercolor crayons and blend with water.  Let dry.  Stamp the floral image (Unity Stamp Company) several times with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Accent with Stickles in Orange Peel.  Let dry.  Adhere two type of black and white washi tape to tag.
