On a shipping tag, adhere a plain napkin to a tag to create texture. Let dry. Paint with several colors of acrylic paint. Let dry. Stamp image (Unknown) on white tissue paper with Archival Ink Jet Black. Adhere to tag and let dry. Color flower with white inktense pencil, activate with water and let dry. Adhere washi tape and gem stones on tag.
