One Little Tag Craft Challenge. #186
Paint a manila tag with white gesso and let dry. Draw flag with pencil. Using Dina Wakley star mask and dylusions paint in London Blue, create star image. Using post-it notes, create the red bars section, let dry. Write phrase.
