On a shipping tag, create a background using deco paper mosaic technique. Stamp flower image(Unknown) on the bottom of the tag with Archival Ink Jet Black. Stencil polka dots(Buttercream) in black acrylic paint. Let dry. Dry brush purple paint around the edges. Adhere stickers to tag. Sentiment sticker is from Tim Holtz.
