On a manila tag, color watercolor crayons randomly and activate with water.  Let dry.  Stamp quote (Wordsworth) in Archival Ink Jet Black.  Stamp sequin waste image (Stampington) with Archival Ink Jet Black around the tag.

Color manila tag using Crayola Slick Stix and blend with water.  Dot slick stix on manila tag to create texture.  Let dry.  Stamp images (Recollections) with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Apply washi tape.
