One Little Craft Tag Challenge #120

On a manila tag, create a background with three colors of Distress Oxides using the Watercolor Smooshing Technique.  Let dry.  Stamp elephant (Sweet Pea)  and phrase (Stampendous) with Archival Ink Jet Black. Embellish with Recollections Paint Pens.  

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #112

Adhere paper towel to a chipboard tag and let dry..  This paper towel was used to clean paint brushes and let to dry that is what creates the dramatic coloration.  Stamp image the unicorn (Sweet Pea) with Archival Ink Jet Black. on white tissue paper and adhere to the tag.  Stamp the phrase on the tag with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Embellish the tag with swirls and dots created by pen paints and let dry.

Earth Day Note: The chipboard tags used in this challenge are all from recycled from boxes from sodas and other food boxes.  

One Little Tag Craft Challenge #159

On a manila tag, spread three colors of acrylic paint to create an ombre background.  Let dry.  Stamp seahorses(Sweet Pea Stamps) with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Highlight the eyes of the sea horse with white acrylic paint.  With a post-it note, mask of the top two thirds of the tag, and then with white acrylic paint stencil(Stencil Girl Products) the bubbles onto the dark blue portion of the tag.  Let dry.  On the top of the tag, outline the bubble stencil with a fine tip sharpie marker.  With the stencil off set slightly, outline the white acrylic bubbles to create a sense of depth.  

One Little Tag Craft Challenge #157

On a manila card, stamp Ikat pattern stamp(Recollections) with Archival Ink Jet Black.  On red tissue paper, stamp the roses image(Stencil1) and the Jolly Rogers(Sweet Pea Stamps).  Crumple up the tissue paper and then smooth out.  Adhere tissue paper to decorative tag, leave some wrinkles to create texture.  Rub silver watercolor on the dagger part of the image.  Emphasis skull by applying dimensional magic.  Let dry.  

One Little Tag Craft Challenge #155

Paint Golden Fluid Acrylic Paynes Gray on a manila tag and before paint is dry rub some of the paint to create a mottled look.  Let dry.  With a tooth brush, first splatter silver watercolor and then splatter gesso.  Let dry.  Stamp image of mermaid and the moon(Sweet Pea Stamps*) with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Outline images with Stabilo All Pencil and activate with water.  Stamp moon face(RubberMoon)  several times with the same ink.  

Paint splatting technique is created using an old tooth brush and some sort of liquid colorant.  In this tag, silver watercolor paint and gesso was watered down.  Dip the tooth brush into the wet paint.  Aim the paint brush at the tag and run a finger along the bristles creating small splatters.
