One Little Tag Craft Challenge #240
Adhere napkin to a shipping tag and allow to dry. Stamp image (Dylusions) on white tissue paper with Archival Ink Jet Black. Cut out and adhere to tag. Using Dimensional Magic, apply small sequins glitter from buttercream. Let dry.
