One Little Craft Tag Challenge #187

Paint a chipboard tag with gesso and let dry.  Paint the tag with white acrylic paint and let dry.  Cut circles out of blue and green tissue paper and adhere to the tag.  Let dry and theb outline the circles with a black Fude pen.  Stamp the mermaids (So Suzy Stamps) with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Layer blue and green washi tape to the tag.

ICAD #33

Cut out three banners out of three colors of coordinating decorative paper with a banner die.  Adhere the banners to the index card and trim to fit.  Stamp all the images (Recollections) with Archival Ink Jet Black.
