One Little Craft Tag Challenge #39
On a watercolor tag create a background using the Stencil Printing Technique and Ken Oliver Color Bursts. Let dry. Stamp Image (IndigoBlu) and word with Archival Ink Jet Black. Embellish with layers of washi tape.
