Sand Dollar Card

On a piece of decorative paper and vintage dictionary page, stamp the sand dollar image (Tim Holtz) with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Cut out the sand dollar from the dictionary page and adhere to the decorative paper over the image using the Paper Piecing Technique.  Tear the die cut celebrate tag and adhere to the decorative paper.  Adhere the decorative paper to an additional vintage dictionary page and then adhere to a card base.

Cut gray paper to fit on an index card and adhere to card.  Apply several designs of washi tape.  Stamp motorcycle (Tim Holtz) several times with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Stamp sentiment with Archival Ink.

Stamp all the images (Tim Holtz) on to an index card with Archival Ink in Jet Black using the Collage Stamping Technique.  Color the images with watercolor crayons, activate with water and let dry.  Color the background lightly with Stabilo Marks All Pencil and activate with water.  Let dry.  Accent with decorative tape.

Stamp the images (Tim Holtz) on an index card with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Color the dogs with watercolor crayons and activate with water.  Paint around the images with blue watercolor paint.  Let dry.  Stamp the star burst (Judikins) with blue watercolor crayons using the Watercolor Stamping Technique.

Paint an index card with teal acrylic paint and let dry.  With Archival Ink Jet Black stamp all the images (Tim Holtz).  Mask as necessary.  Emphasis the waves and the quote by brushing pearlized water over them.  Let dry.

ICAD #8

On an index card, stamp flowers and leaves (Avery Elle) using the swipe stamp technique with Distress Ink.  Colors used on the flowers were worn lipstick, tumbled glass and shaded lilac.  Colors used on the leaves were mowed lawn and twisted citron.  Over stamp the dots (Avery Elle) in Wilted Violet Distress Ink. Stamp quote (Tim Holtz) with Archival Ink Jet Black.    Tear washi tape and adhere to the edges of the ICAD.

ICAD #7

On an index card stamp elephant (Tim Holtz) with Archival Ink Jet Black and mask off.  Stamp the African Map (Toybox)  twice with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Color the images and background with distress ink and a waterbrush.  Stamp the dots stamp (Tim Holtz) with distress ink in blueprint sketch and hickory smoke.

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #156

On a bristol tag, paint two colors of acrylic paint and let it dry.  Stencil stars (Dylusions) with orange acrylic paint and let dry.  With Archival Ink Jet Black, stamp the sentiment (Tim Holtz) and several monkeys (Inkadinkado).  Poke holes in the tag with push pins and then stitch cross stitches in orange embroidery floss.

On an index card, scribble yellow and orange watercolor crayon and activate.  Let dry.  Using Archival Ink Jet Black stamp the bird image (Inkadinkado) and the sentiment (Tim Holtz) on the card.  Using the Watercolor Stamping Technique, color red watercolor on script stamp (Stampington) and activate with water and then stamp.  Let dry.

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #137

Create a background on a manila tag using the Distress Bleeding Technique using Distress Oxide and Tim Holtz Stamps.  Let dry.  With Archival Ink Jet Black Ink stamp the heart (Dina Wakley).  Stamp the phrase on copy paper with Archival Ink Jet Black and Clickable Stamps and cut out.  Adhere the phrase on the tag.


This challenge is for the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge.  This challenge theme is Matching, Hatching and Dispatching.  

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #133

On a manila tag create a background using Distress Oxide Inks and the Watercolor Smooshing Technique.  Let dry.  Using Archival Ink stamp all the images on the tag.  The face is from Dina Wakley Media and the rest of the images are from Tim Holtz.  Color the features of the face and the heart with Inktense blocks and activate with water.

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #122

On a mixed media tag, scribble blue Scribble Sticks and activate with water.  Let dry.  Stamp the seahorse (Tim Holtz) with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide and spray with water.  Tip the tag in different directions to cause the ink to run.  Dry with a heat gun or hair dryer.  Stamp the image with Broken China and spray with water and tip the tag.  Dry again.  Stamp with Wilted Violet and repeat with the water and tipping.  Dry thoroughly and then paint the image with Wink of Stella.  Stamp the image with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Stamp the letters (Stampendous) in Archival Ink Jet Black.  With washi tape create the woven accent.

Stamp clock image(Tim Holtz) several times.  Color with Dina Wakley Scribble Sticks and activate with water.  Adhere label maker stickers on tag.  

One Little Crft Tag Challenge #91

 

On a watercolor tag, stamp dot pattern (Tim Holtz) several times in Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide and spray with water to create a bleed.  Dry with a heat tool or hair dryer.  Repeat with Cracked Pistachio and Spiced Marmalade.  Dry between colors.  Dry several lines with a Pitt pen.  Stamp sentiment  and fool (Cherry Pie Stamps) with Archival ink Jet Black.

One Little Tag Craft Challenge #80

On a chip board tag, paint white gesso and let dry.  Through a Crafter's Warehouse stencil, apply Recollections Embossing Paste and let it cure.  Paint with orange acrylic paint and let dry.  Using Archival Ink Jet Black and Tim Holtz stamp, stamp background on the top part of the tag.  Apply dollar store stickers.

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #75

On a bristol paper tag, stamp dots of paint (Tim Holtz Distress Paints) and let dry.  Brush distress stain over the tag creating a resist.  Let dry.  Stamp all images (Tim Holtz) with Archival Ink Jet Black.

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #60

Crinkle up piece of scrapbook paper and spray with water, then carefully flatten out.  Then repeat several times. Flatten and dry out.  Adhere to a chipboard tag and let dry.  Stamp images (Tim Holtz) on tissue paper with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Adhere to the tag.  Let dry.    

One Little Craft Tag Challenge, #50

On a chipboard tag, create a background by tearing up vintage book pages and adhere on to tag.  Cover with gel medium to seal and let dry.  Using a brown color of acrylic paint, spread over the tag then wipe off with a baby wipe before it dries to create an aged appearance.  Brush the brown paint around the edge of the tag to frame the edge. Stamp bird stamp on the top of the tag with Archival Ink Jet Black.  On tissue paper stamp the man and the number strip with Archival Ink Jet Black  Cut out and adhere to the tag.  

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #48

Paint a chipboard tag with gesso and let dry.  Through a stencil (Dina Wakley) spread Recollections Texture Paste.  Let dry for at least 24 hours.  Spray with water and then spread three color of acrylic paint (Tim Holtz).  Let dry.  On watercolor paper spread acrylic paint and let dry.  Stamp sentiment (Tim Holtz) with Archival Ink Jet Black and tear out along edge.  Adhere to tag.  Adhere letter beads to tag.

One Little Craft Tag Challenge #46

Paint a chipboard tag with gesso and let dry.  Spray tag with water and then pounce three colors of Tim Holtz Distress Paint.  Let dry.  Stamp phrase (Hampton Arts) on tissue paper with Archival Ink, cut up and then adhere to tag.  Let dry.  Stamp the vines several times with Archival Ink Jet Black.
