On a watercolor tag, sprinkle Kool Aid powder and activate with water.  Let dry.  Stamp the first layer of the layering flower stamp (Hampton Arts) with VersaMagic Ink and then stamp the next layer with Archival Ink Jet Black.  Stamp the flourish (Recollections) and word (Hero Arts) with Archival Ink Jet Black.

Drip yellow ink down the tag and let dry.  Stamp all images with Archival Ink Jet Black.  The legs image is from Dylusions Stamps and the letters are from Recollections Stamps.

Ken Oliver calls this background technique the sprinkle and spritz technique.
